Conditions
Prices are valid as of March 1st 2022.
Rebates for volume work are negotiated on an individual basis.
Any binding quotes can only be made after the material to be translated is inspected by me.
My rates are non-binding (unless you have received a binding quote). All rates quoted are net rates, there are no additional costs for dispatch etc.
Calculations of prices are either agreed in writing or based on computer calculated character counts (52 characters with spaces per line) in the source language. Payment after receipt of an invoice should be rendered within 10 working days.
Complaints are only accepted if rendered with justifiable explanations within thirty days of the billing date, whereby I reserve the right to make improvements ourselves. I also reserve the right to amend the price if during an order requirements area made that will result in significant changes to the source documents.
English law is applicable.
The legal jurisdiction governing any agreements made with customers is St. Leonard's-on-sea, East Sussex, England.
